1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Kindergarten Building With A Childrens Club (Called A Nursery In The Design Documentation) Along With Land Development And Technical Infrastructure, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Road Ul. Korczak On Plots No. 503/1, 39, 353/6, Registration District 0009 Lubieszów, Registration Unit: 080405 Nowa Sól Commune. 2. The Building In Question Will Serve As A Kindergarten With Four Kindergarten Classes And Two Childrens Club Departments, Along With Rooms For Distributing Meals And Office And Technical Rooms.3. Stage I - Two Branches Of The Childrens Club Are Planned. Each Ward Is Equipped With Its Own Sanitary Facility. One Cloakroom Was Designed For Two Departments, Accessible From The Departments And Intended Exclusively For Childrens Club Children And Childrens Club Caregivers. Each Ward Will Accommodate A Maximum Of 19 Children And 2 Caregivers. Children In Childrens Club Branches Eat Meals In Their Rooms.4. Stage Ii - Four Kindergarten Classes Are Planned. Each Ward Is Equipped With Its Own Sanitary Facility. Each Department Will Accommodate A Maximum Of 25 Children And 1 Teacher. A Public Cloakroom And A Canteen Have Been Designed For Preschool Children.5. The Building Was Designed As A Single-Story Building With An External Entrance Directly From The Area. The Facility Was Planned On A Rectangular Plan With A Slightly Modified Outline By Introducing Additional Offsets In The Facade Line At The Main Entrance, Integration Rooms, Childrens Club Departments And Toilets Accessible From The Outside. A Reinforced Concrete Roof Was Designed Over The Main Entrance To The Building, And Cantilevered Glass Canopies Were Designed Over The Entrances To The Corridor Next To The Kindergarten Rooms And The Corridor Of The Office Part. The Building Was Designed Using Traditional Technology: Brick Walls, Reinforced Concrete Footings And Foundations, Reinforced Concrete Ceilings, Steep Roof - Wooden Truss.6. The Location Of The Building Complies With The Requirements Of The Applicable Local Spatial Development Plan [Mpzp] And Does Not Exceed The Impassable Development Line Established In The Local Development Plan.7. The Building Was Designed As A Single-Story Building With A Flat Roof Covering A Larger Area, As Well As A Partially Steep, Hipped Roof Over The Kindergarten Departments, And A Skylight Illuminating The Corridor On The Roof With A Slope Of 27% - 15 Degrees. The Steep Roof With A Slope Of 70% - 35 Degrees. The Above Solution Is Consistent With The Requirements Of The Local Development Plan.8. A Flat Roof Was Designed, Limited By Parapets On All Sides - The Roof Was Covered With A Roof Membrane. The Above Solution Is Consistent With The Requirements Of Local Development Plan.9.
