The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 3 New 7-Seater Passenger Cars. A Detailed Description Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Contains The Minimum Parameters (Technical And Operational) For Each Of The Three Passenger Cars Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Order With Better Technical And/Or Operational Parameters. The Car Must Be Brand New, I.E. It Must Have 100% Of The Utility Value, It Must Be Unrepaired, Unused, Not May Have Deficiencies And Damage. The Car Must Be Manufactured In 2024 Or 2025. The Car Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Generally Applicable Legal Acts. The Deadline For Collecting The Car Is 60 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Within 30 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract, With The Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue And Deliver A Vat Invoice No Later Than December 30, 2025, Including A 7-Day Payment Deadline, Counted From The Day Following The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice.
