1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Ip Phones (4 Pcs.), Switches (3 Pcs.), Portable Computers (4 Pcs.) And A Radio Server (1 Pc.) As Part Of The Task Entitled: Purchase Of Ip Phones, Switches, Portable Computers And A Radio Server.2. The Task In Question Is Commissioned As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026 In The Scope Of Area Ii - Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supply. Name Of The Task From The Application Mobile Communications Set For The Municipal Police Headquarters In Kalisz, Solving The Problem Of Efficient Exchange Of Information And Coordination Of Actions In Crisis Situations, Mass Events, Disasters And During War For The Needs Of A Backup Control Station And A Reserve Workplace.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In: Annex No. 1 (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order), Annex No. 2 (Price Form) And Annex No. 3 (Essential Provisions Of The Contract).4. The Ordering Party Reserves That All Proper Names Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. This Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Minimum Operational, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards.5. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Specifies The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Proper Names, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor/Producer, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers For Equivalent Solutions. This Means That It Is Allowed To Offer Products That Are No Worse Than Those Described, I.E. That Meet The Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements At Least As Indicated In The Documentation Of This Procedure,2) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems,3) Any Names Used In The Order Documentation That Indicate Or Could Be Associated With A Manufacturer Or Company Are Not Intended To Favor The Solutions Of A Given Manufacturer, But To Indicate A Solution That Should Have Technical And Technological Features Not Inferior To Those Specified In The Order Documentation. In The Case Of Offers Containing Equivalent Solutions, The Ordering Party Will Verify Them In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Of Individual Items Of Technical Requirements Contained In The Annexes To The Specification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer The Equivalence Of The Offered Devices Or Systems. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Part
