The Subject Of The Order Is Implementation Of The Service Of Cooking And Serving Meals For People In Need Meeting The Criteria Of The Government Program Meal At School And Home In The Municipality Of Ciechanów In 2026.: 1) Designation Of The Item According To The Classification Of The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): A) 55321000-6 Meal Preparation Service B) 55320000-3 Meal Serving Service C) 55322000-3 Meal Cooking Service 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3) The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract - The Draft Contract Is Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 4) The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare And Serve Approximately 90 One-Dish Meals, Which Will Be Awarded By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ciechanów By Administrative Decision. This Form Of Assistance In The Period Of 12 Months, I.E. From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026.
