The Subject Of The Order Is To Catch, Maintain And Provide Veterinary Care For Homeless Animals Caught Or Taken Away From The Dąbie Commune, Along With Conducting An Adoption Campaign. 2. The Order Includes The Contractor Providing The Ordering Party With The Following Services: 1) Catching Or Collecting Stray Animals From The Dąbie Commune 7 Days A Week, 24 Hours A Day And Transporting Them To The Contractors Shelter In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law; 2) Providing Rooms For Keeping Stray Animals That Meet The Conditions Specified In Applicable Law; 3) Providing Food For Homeless Animals By Providing A Daily Portion Of Drinking Water And Food Intended For A Given Animal Species, Which Will Correspond To The Nutritional Needs Of The Individual, In Accordance With The Rules In Force In This Matter; 4) Provide Veterinary Care To Homeless Animals On A Permanent Basis, In Compliance With Legal Provisions And Professional Ethics; 5) Carrying Out Mandatory Medical Procedures Consisting Of Treatment, Vaccinations Against Infectious Diseases, Deworming, Flea Removal, Castration, Sterilization, Euthanasia Of Blind Litters, And, If Necessary, Euthanasia Of Animals; 6) Permanent Marking, By Implanting An Electronic Microprocessor (Chip) Under The Animals Skin By A Veterinarian (Provided That It Has Not Already Been Marked) Within A Period Not Exceeding 24 Hours From The Moment Of Delivery To The Place Of Order Fulfillment By The Contractor; 7) Keeping And Forwarding, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Records Of Admitted And Released Animals (Including Photographic Documentation) With Detailed Characteristics Of Animals Admitted To The Shelter And In Accordance With Applicable Law; 8) Providing Behavioral Care Focused On Animal Socialization, Individual Exercises With Animals At The Educational And Training Site, Grooming Treatments, Photo Sessions, Announcements In Social Media, Handling The Adoption Process; 9) Verifying Caught Or Collected Animals From The Dąbie Commune, By Checking Whether A Given Animal Has A Microchip, And If So, Locating And Notifying The Owner About Finding The Animal And How To Collect It From The Contractor; 10) Searching For New Owners For Homeless Animals Caught From The Dąbie Commune Who Will Be Able To Provide Care And Proper Housing Conditions; 11) Providing The Ordering Party With Monthly Reports On Homeless Animals Admitted In A Given Month And Information On The Reduction In The Number Of Animals Kept As A Result Of Adoption, Falls, Euthanasia Or Owner Collection, Along With A Monthly Invoice For The Services Provided. 3. If, In Connection With Awarding An Order To The Contractor, There Is A Need To Transport Animals From Their Current Place Where They Are Located To The Place Where They Will Be Placed In Connection With The Provision Of The Service, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out The Transport At Its Own Expense, According To The Indications And Deadlines Set By The Ordering Party And
