I. Subject Of The Order: Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Maintenance And Repairs, Chassis And Bodies From The Signing Of The Contract (No Earlier Than January 1, 2026) To December 31, 2026 For The Transport Of Master Odpady I Energia Sp. Z O. O. Ii. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Maintenance Services From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M. On Working Days And From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. On Saturdays During The Term Of The Contract. A. Performing Periodic Post-Warranty Inspections Related To Normal (Standard) Use Of Cars. B. Performing Maintenance Services And Repairs/Renovations Of Cars C. Performing Maintenance Services And Repairs/Renovations Of Bodies In The Scope Of Locksmith And Mechanical Works, Excluding Maintenance Services And Repairs/Renovations Of Bodies Requiring Specialist Knowledge, Spare Parts, Tools Or Specialized Software. 2. Periodic Inspections And Oil Service Will Be Performed Every 15,000 Km Or During The Period In Which, Due To The Normal Operation Of The Vehicle, It Is Necessary To Perform Activities Necessary (E.G. Replacement Of Oil And Filters Every 6 Or 12 Months As Reported By The Ordering Partys Representative) For The Proper Use Of The Vehicle, Depending On Which Event Occurs First. 3. As Part Of Periodic Inspections, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Activities: A. Check The Efficiency Of All Car Systems; B. Replacement Of Engine And Hydraulic Oil Filters, Drive Axle, Steering System, Gearbox, According To Current Needs Or Notification Of The Ordering Partys Representative; C. Replacement Of Fuel Filters According To Current Needs Or Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative. D. Replacement Of The Air Filter And Cabin Filter According To Current Needs Or Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative. E. Replacement/Refilling Of Fluid In The Cooling System According To Current Needs Or Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative. F. Replacement Of Pads, Shoes, Drums, Actuators And Brake Discs According To Current Needs Or Notification Of The Ordering Partys Representative. G. Refilling The Central Lubrication Tank - In The Case Of A Vehicle Not Equipped With A Central Lubrication System - Manual Lubrication Of Lubrication Points Provided By The Chassis/Bodywork Manufacturer. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party Of The Need To Perform Additional Activities. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Maintenance Services Provided 24/7 In The Period From January 1 To March 31, 2026 And From November 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 (Repairs Of Vehicles, Bodies And Equipment At The Point Of Failure, Assistance Service - Excluding Tire Repairs/Replacements), Which Include: 1. Trips To Repairs Using A Mobile Service Center With A Response Time Of Up To 2 Hours From Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative. 2. Improving The Vehicle At The Place Of Failure 3.
