Expression of Interest for Demand consultant for ALO Centro Public-Private Partnership The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank, has been approached by the City of Bogota (CoB) through the Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano (IDU or the Client), to act as lead transaction advisor to structure under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) the financing, construction, traffic management, and maintenance of the ALO Centro segment, between Avenida Centenario and Calle 80, (the Project), a 6km greenfield urban highway. IFC is looking to build a multidisciplinary team to structure the Project as a PPP. This team will include a technical consultant, a legal consultant, and a social and environmental consultant, among others that may be necessary. The demand and traffic estimation consultant, subject of this EOI, will be an integral member of this team.
