The City Of Rauma Tenders The Maintenance Services Of The Old Rauma Street Snow Melting System For The Period Between May 1, 2026 And April 30, 2029, After Which The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely With A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. The Customer Requires That The Bidders Familiarize Themselves With The Site And Its Conditions Before Submitting An Offer. Familiarization Must Take Place In The Customers System At A Presentation On Thursday, December 11, 2025 At 12:00. Maintenance Services Include The Following Inspections And Maintenance Procedures Related To The Operation Of The Equipment At Agreed Intervals (In Autumn And Spring): - Inspection And Testing Of Control Valves And Actuators - Inspection Of The Operation And Leaks Of Exchangers - Inspection Of The Cleanliness, Tightness And Sound Level Of Pumps - Inspection Of The Cleanliness, Temperature And Sound Level Of Electric Motors - Inspection Of The Operation Of Automatic Air Vents- Operation Of Filling Equipment And Addition Of Glycol- Inspection Of Motor Protection Switches- Inspection Of Controls And Locks And Testing- Inspection Of The Pre-Pressure Of Expansion Vessels- Inspection Of The Operation Of Safety Devices And Testing- Inspection Of The Alarm System And Testing- Inspection Of The Parameters Of The Control Devices- Water Quality Monitoring And Measurements Once A Year (Glycol, Protection Level)- Reporting To The Customer After The Inspection Visit- Reading The Energy Meter. Works In A Mutually Agreed Upon Manner. The System Is Used As Energy-Efficiently As Possible And Unnecessary Use And Excessively High Melt Water Temperatures Are Avoided. The City Of Rauma Owns The Equipment And Pipelines Of The Melt Holding And The Areas Related To Them. The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Operation Of The Equipment, The Related Maintenance And Monitoring Measures And The Energy-Efficient Use Of The Defrost System In A Mutually Agreed Upon Manner, Which Have Been Discussed In Separate Negotiations. The Contact Person For The City Of Rauma Is Toni Suursoho, Head Of The Hvac Unit. The Subscriber Monitors The Costs Of Energy And Operating Costs. The Subscriber Will Contact The Property Owners About The Response Times Of The Defrosting System And Other Issues Related To Use, If Necessary. The Subscribers Contact Person Acts As A Contact For The Property Owners. An Agreement Has Been Made Between The City Of Rauma And Schneider Electric Buildings Oy For The Systems Web Control Room, And The City Of Rauma Is Responsible For Its Costs. If Renovations And/Or Changes Are Made To The Thawing Equipment During The Contract Period, The Service Provider Familiarizes Itself With The Operation Of The New Equipment And Is Responsible For Controlling It In The Manner Agreed Above Or Separately Updated.
