Electronic Facial Point Collector - Electronic Point Collector (Cep) With Facial Recognition Technology, In Compliance With Mtp Ordinance No. 671/21 (Rep-P Modality), Intended For Recording And Controlling Workdays. The Equipment Must Have Characteristics That Guarantee High Precision, Security And Integration With Point Management Systems. 1. Minimum Technical Specifications: The Equipment Offered Must Meet, At A Minimum, The Following Technical Specifications: 1.1. Identification And Capacity: The Equipment Must Have High-Precision Facial Recognition Primary Identification Technology, With A Facial Recognition Time Of Less Than Or Equal To 2 Seconds. Must Contain Two Full Hd 1080P Cameras (Visible Light And Infrared Light) For Live Face Detection And Fraud Prevention. The Recognition Distance Should Be Configurable To Up To 1.5 Meters. The Minimum User Capacity Is 200,000 Registered Users, With A Minimum Face Capacity Of 10,000 Stored Faces (On/Off). Should Include Live Face Detection And Mask Detection. The Equipment Must Operate In Identification And Verification Modes Of Operation. Additional Forms Of Identification Include Proximity Card Reader (Mifare™ And 125 Khz Ask Technologies), Numeric Password And Qr Code. It Must Allow The Registration Of Employees By Registration And The Receipt Of Registered Faces Automatically Via Time Management Software. 1.2. Communication And Connectivity: The Equipment Must Have Ethernet Communication With 1 Native 10/100Mbps Port, Integrated Into The Protection Box, And 1 External Usb Host 2.0 Port, Also Integrated. Must Include 1 Rs-485 Serial Communication Port For Communication With External Drive Module. Must Support Optional Connectivity Via External Wi-Fi Communication Module. Equipment Using A Serial To Tcp/Ip Interface Converter Will Not Be Accepted. Must Guarantee Full Integration With Point Management And Time Control Software, Integrated Point Management System In The Cloud (Cloud) - Hiring Integrated System Management, Treatment And Attendance Control System Services For Servers, Provided In Cloud Computing Mode (Cloud Computing), In Full Compliance With Mtp Ordinance No. 671/21. Essential Features: The System Must Be A Web Solution That Operates Online And Automatically, Without The Need For Manufacturer Software, Communicating With Point Collectors From Multiple Manufacturers. It Must Allow Point Registration Via Mobile Application/Tablet And Web Browser, Capturing Photo And Geolocation (Ordinance 671), Including Facial Recognition Feature For Appointments Via App/Web. Management Resources: The System Must Have A Digital Fence (Geolocation) To Delimit The Marking Area, A Graphic Map For Viewing Records And Real-Time Monitoring Of The Situation Of Collectors. It Must Allow Employee Access To Their Time Mirror And Justifications Via The App. Includes Vacation And Time Bank Modules, Scale Control (Including 12X36), And Generation Of Personalized Reports And Dashboard With Attendance Indicators. Technical And Service Requirements: Web Platform With Relational Database. The System Must Guarantee 24X7 Availability. Supply Includes Installation, Implementation And Activation Of Licenses Within 15 Days, In-Person Training And Technical Support With Telephone Support And Defined Deadlines For Diagnosing Critical Problems (4 Hours).
