Fmis Needs Cover Promotional Items, Including Kitchen And Beverage Items, Clothing Items, Office Items, Event Items And Electronics Items. The Agreement Is Entered Into By Fmi But Will Be Used By Decentralized Units Throughout The Defense As Well As The National Emergency Management Agency, Which Is Why Purchases Will Vary Greatly From Unit To Unit, Both In Relation To Items And Quantities Ordered From Time To Time. The Agreement Requires The Supplier To Be Able To Print, Engrave And/Or Embroider Text And Logos On All Goods. The Agreement Contains A Procedure For Design Approval Prior To Each Order, Where The Supplier Must Be Able To Send Drafts Of The Final Product To Fmi.
