In Implementation Of The Activities On The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Provides To The Contracting Authority: In Fulfillment Of The Activities On The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Provides To The Contracting Authority: - Technical Passport Of The Site/Construction For Which He Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction; - Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works For The Site/Construction For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction. Deadline For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Order - From Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For The Construction - Appendix No. 2 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Until The Completion Of The Construction Works On The Site And The Issuance Of A Permit To Use The Site. The Person Carrying Out The Construction Supervision Should Ensure Proper Control Over The Quality Of The Planned Construction And Assembly Works, Protecting The Interests Of The Employer Throughout The Investment Process During The Execution Of The Order.
