The Subject Of Procurement Is The Services Of Assignment Of Workers By The Agency For Temporary Employment, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Labor Act (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 46/23, 64/23). The Performance Of Procurement Services Should Be In Accordance With Legal And By-Law Regulations And The Rules Of The Profession. Assignment Of Workers Is Carried Out For The Purpose Of Temporarily Performing Tasks From The Clients Activities, Which By Their Nature, Work Organization And Professional Standards And Rules Fall Within The Scope Of The Clients Jobs And Tasks. For The Needs Of The Client, It Is Necessary To Transfer 30 Workers Trained For The Position Of Utility Worker (Public Area Maintenance Worker/Waste Collection Worker/Waste Sorting Worker) When Hiring 30 Workers. Conditions That Workers Must Meet: - Education Level: Minimum Nss – Ii. Degree Of Complexity According To The National Occupational Classification, Completed Primary School If It Is A Question Of Foreign Workers Who Prove The Above Condition With Documents Issued By Another Country, The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Carry Out The Procedure Of Nostrification Of The Documentation Possessed By The Worker And/Or Ensure That The Competent Authorities Of The Republic Of Croatia Issue The Appropriate Documentation. The Client And The Selected Tenderer Will Determine, Among Other Things, The Exact Number Of Assigned Workers, The Time Period Of Their Assignment, The Place Of Work, The Contracted Tasks, The Contracted Gross Salary And Other Conditions In Accordance With The Labor Law. The Process Of Selection And Selection Of Candidates Is Carried Out By The Bidder In Agreement With The Client. The Client Will Carry Out The Same Procedure With The Candidate Referred By The Agency As With The Workers He Employs, And Is Not Obliged To Accept Every Worker Referred By The Agency. The Costs Of Finding Candidates, Testing And Selection (That Is, All Accompanying Costs Related To The Proposed Candidate) Are Included In The Price Of The Agency Commission. The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Obtain, In Coordination With The Client, A Work And Residence Permit (If Applicable) And Other Necessary Documentation When The Worker Arrives In The Country Of Employment. The Client Reserves The Right To Request A Replacement Of The Assigned Worker. The Client Will Keep A Record Of Working Hours For Seconded Workers And Deliver The Same To The Agency Together With The Necessary Data For The Payment Of Wages To Seconded Workers (Number Of Days And Hours Of Work, Absences From Work, Sick Leave, Etc.). The Client Can Hire Workers Full-Time For One Month Or, As Needed, For A Shorter Or Longer Period, About Which He Will Inform The Selected Bidder In A Timely Manner. Workers Assigned To Work By The Selected Tenderer Will Work According To The Order Of The Client And According To The Working Hours Established By The Internal Acts Of The Client. The Client Will Organize The Education Of Workers Related To Safety At Work And Fire Protection, As Well As Carry Out Training For Working In A Safe Manner. During The Duration Of The Public Procurement Contract, The Client Will Collect The Personal Data Of Assigned Workers, For The Purpose Of Enabling I
