Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Sörup-Südensee-Spundwand. The Subject Of The Project Is The Renewal/Renovation Of The Sheet Pile Wall At The Bathing Area At The Südsee In The Municipality Of Sörup. The Entire Project Is Located In The Formally Defined Extended Town Center Redevelopment Area On The Southern Edge Of The Town. The Sheet Pile Wall Is Approx. 61 M Long. The Development Plan No. 26 Of The Municipality Of Sörup, Approved In 2017, Defines The Areas Of The Bathing Area On The Südsee As A Public Green Area And Water Area With A Bathing Area. The Südsee With Its Swimming Area Serves As A Meeting Place For Guests Of All Ages In Summer. The Green Area Is Also Used As A Playground And For Outdoor Events. The Green Area Including Playground And Swimming Area Should Be Qualified. In This Context, The Shoreline Of The Südsee Will Also Be Redesigned Or Upgraded. This Requires A Renewal/Renovation Of The Sheet Pile Walls. A First Public Participation, Which Was Carried Out In September 2024, Surveyed The Needs And Wishes Of The Users Of The Bathing Area (Appendix 6). The Municipality Of Sörup Is Also Planning To Qualify The Südsee Green Area As Well As Modernize, Repair And Expand The Dlrg Building Located There. These Planning And Engineering Services Have Already Been Put Out To Tender.
