Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Tender For Emptying Road Wells For Frederiksberg Municipality. This Tender Concerns The Emptying Of Road Wells For Frederiksberg Municipality. The Service Includes Planned Emptying Of Road Wells Etc., Cleaning Of Road Wells, Grates And Covers Along Roads In Frederiksberg Municipality, With The Exception Of Private Public Roads, Transport And Delivery Of Sand And Sludge As Well As Carrying Out Extra Emptying And Works That Are Ordered Separately As A Call From The Municipality. The Emptying Of The Road Wells Must Take Place In An Urban Area, Which Is Why The Supplier In His Planning And Task Solution Must Take Into Account Challenging Accessibility And Consideration For Citizens, Traffic, Parked Cars, The Need For Cordoning Off And Other Conditions That Affect The Execution Of The Task. The Municipality Expects The Annual Consumption On The Contract To Be Approx. 1-1.5 Million Dkk, Excluding Vat. However, The Annual Remuneration During The Contract Period Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Prices Offered By The Supplier And The Municipalitys Actual Consumption Of The Suppliers Services. The Tendered Contract Enters Into Force On 1 March 2026 And Expires On 28 February 2030. The Municipality Has The Option Of Extending The Agreement For Up To 2 X 12 Months On Unchanged Terms. The Municipality Submits Control Bids For The Tendered Task.
