Purchase Of Liquid Fuel - Diesel Oil In The Cashless Sales System Based On Fleet Cards For The Needs Of Wpk Sp. Z O. O. In Włocławek. 2. The Maximum Estimated Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Delivered: 377,000 Liters, Including The Quantity Of Diesel Oil Constituting The Basic Order: 290,000 Liters And The Quantity Of Diesel Oil Under The Option Right (30%): 87,000 Liters. 3. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order 1) Diesel Oil Should Meet All Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended), And Should Be Suitable For Use In Both Summer And Winter Conditions. 2) The Unit Price For 1 Liter Of Diesel Oil During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Determined As The Price Of Diesel Oil Applicable At The Fuel Station(S) Declared By The Contractor In These Proceedings, On The Day Of Refueling, Plus Vat, Taking Into Account The Permanent Discount Offered By The Contractor In The Price Offer. 3) Settlements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Made Based On The Amount Of Diesel Oil Actually Purchased By The Ordering Party. 4) The Delivery Will Be Carried Out Successively, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Consist In: A) Ensuring Cashless Sales Of Diesel Oil At The Contractors Gas Station/S Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km. From The Ordering Partys Transport Base, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, B) Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, C) Ensuring Full Blocking Of The Fuel Card In The Entire Sales Network From The Moment Of Reporting Its Loss, D) Keeping Records Of Purchased Diesel Oil By The Contractor, Including: Date Of Refueling, Vehicle Registration Number, Place Of Refueling, Hour Of Refueling, Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Refueled, Unit Price For 1 Liter Of Diesel Oil, Purchase Value. This List Will Be Attached To The Invoices. 5) The Contractor Will Issue And Deliver To The Ordering Party Electronic Fleet Cards Or Equivalent, Issued To The Vehicle Registration Number Or Bearer, Enabling The Ordering Party To Purchase Diesel Oil Without Cash Throughout The City. As Of The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Requires Fleet Cards For 21 Vehicles. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Provided In Chapter Iii Of The Swz.
