The Following Tasks: • Drawing Up The Financial Planning Of The Project, With A Mapping Of The Resources And Financial Indicators, As Well As The Objectives And The Crucial (Critical) Activities • Defining A System Of Reference And Management Of Data And Information, So That It Becomes Possible To Monitor The Physical And Financial Object Of The Project • Supervision Of The Execution Of The Works, Monitoring Their Progress And Regular Information About The Implementation (Financial And Material Progress Report) • Monitoring The Quality Of The Execution, Defining The Criteria And The Methodology Related To Quality Control, Including The Inspection Of The Equipment That Is Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Project • Control Of Safety Conditions • Receipt Process And Verification Of Invoices • Control Of Construction Plans And New Studies That May Be Prepared By The Contractor By Verifying Their Compliance With Specifications And Good Engineering Practices, As Well As By Checking Their Manufacturability • Prompt Notification To The Service Of Upcoming Problems And Risks Of Delays • In The Event Of Problems Arising, Turn To The Contractor To Find Satisfactory Solutions According To The Terms Of The Contract, Or To Propose Decision-Making To The Superior Authority, In Case Of Serious Disputes. • Monitoring Of The Project During The Operation And Maintenance Stage, From The Confirmation Of The Completion Of The Work Until The Date Of Final Receipt Of The Project.
