Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Implementation Of Modifications And Changes To Project Documentation And Performance Of Engineering Activities – Biocentre – Cea And Mff – Repeated Management. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Services Consisting In The Preparation Of The Modification Or Change Of The Project Documentation Prepared For The Construction Of The Biocenter (Original Project Documentation), Namely The Part Of The Construction Of The Cea (Centre Of Experimental Applications) And The Mff (Faculty Of Mathematics And Physics), And The Provision Of Related Activities And Services. Further Details Are Set Out In The Draft Contract And Technical Conditions (Scope And Requirements For Modifications And Changes To The Project Documentation In The Cea And Mff Sections – Cea Study And Mff Study), Which Form Appendices To This Text Part Of The Tender Documentation. As Part Of The Change In The Cea Project Documentation, There Will Be A New Assignment For Part 1.Pp, When The Operation Of The Cea Part Will Be Replaced. The Modification Carried Out Is Difficult Due To The Overall Interconnectedness Of All Parts Of The Building, Including A Conceptual Change With An Impact On Technologies And Specialized Professions In Other Parts Of The Building, Including An Impact On The Fire Safety Solution Of The Building. As Part Of The Change In The Mff Project Documentation, Based On The New Assignment For Part 2.Pp, Part Of The Layout Solution And Related Professions Will Be Modified. The Difficulty Lies In The Overall Interconnectedness Of All Parts Of The Building, As These, Albeit Partial, Changes Also Have An Impact On Other Parts Of The Technologies In The Building, As Well As On Many Specialized Professions In Other Parts Of The Building. As Part Of The Performance Of The Public Contract, The Contractor: A) Will Ensure The Change Of The Construction/Plan Before Completion At The Level Of Securing Permission For The Change Of Construction/Plan Before Completion, The Processing Of The Modified Implementation Project Documentation (Modified Project Documentation) And The Execution Of The Authors Supervision Over The Changed Part; It Also Includes A Discussion Of Changes To The Construction/Plan Before Completion With The Client, The Developer Of The Original Project Documentation And The Relevant Relevant State Administration Bodies, Possibly Municipalities And Other Relevant Entities; B) Completely Redesigns The Relevant Premises, I.E. Solves All Dependencies (Changes The Hvac Machine Rooms, Rtch Machine Rooms, Subsequent Modifications Of The Zti, Slp, Further Adjusts The Esil, Including The Hv Part With Regard To Power Consumption; Further Solves The Laboratory Gas Distributions, Including Their Sources; C) Creates A Complete Bim Model Not Only Of The Solved Part, But Also Of The Rest Of The Building In The Details Defined By The Client And In The Minimum Quality That The Client Currently Has Available; The Contracting Authority Strongly Warns The Contractor That It Does Not Have A Bim Model In An Open Format Available, But Will Require This Model In An Open Format (Rvt, Pla And Others) As Part Of The Performance Of The Public Order; D) Take Over, Taking Into Account That The Impact Of The Change Is Absolutely Essential For The Entire Construction, A Complete Guarantee For The Amended Project Documentation And The Original Project Documentation, Especially For Its Integrity And Interrelatedness Of The Original Project Documentation And The Amended Project Documentation; E) Will, With Regard To The Impact Of T
