The Organizer Will, In Consideration Of The Jurys Recommendation In Accordance With Section 8 Rpw, Commission One Or More Prize Winners (In The Case Of A Bidding Consortium/Joint Consortium) To Provide Further Services. The Following Services Are Components Of The Award Based On The Hoai 2021 Or The Aho In Conjunction With The Respective Service Descriptions (Part Of The Tender Documents Of The Negotiation Process): - Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §34 Ff. Hoai, - Structural Planning In Accordance With § 51 Hoai - Kitchen Planning In Accordance With § 53 Hoai - Sustainability Coordination In Accordance With Aho Booklet 33 - Facade Planning In Accordance With Aho Booklet 28 After The Competition Has Concluded, A Vgv Negotiation Procedure Without A Participation Competition Will Be Carried Out With The Prize Winners Of The Competition In Accordance With Section 14 Paragraph 4 Item 8 Vgv. When The Order Is Placed, An Order Is Made For All Of The Trades Listed Above. The Commissioning Is Carried Out In Stages For The Commissioned Service Profiles Of Hoai 1-9 Or Analogous To The Aho In The Currently Valid Version In Conjunction With The Respective Service Descriptions. After A Successful Negotiation Process, Service Phases 1-3 Will Be Carried Out With The Order. The Sponsor Reserves The Right To Alternatively Call Up Service Phases 1-4 And Then Have The Project Realized By, For Example, A General Contractor (Gu). From Service Phase 5 Onwards, The Commissioned Prize Winners Will Then Provide At Least The Creation Of Key Details, Service Descriptions And Artistic Overall Construction Management In Order To Ensure That The Quality Of The Competition Design Is Implemented. The Project Should Be Carried Out Using The Bim Method. The Resulting Planning Services Can Be Found In The Draft Contract (Appendix 08).
