Travel Agency, Tour Operator And Tourist Assistance Services - Providing Services Of Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets, Reservation And Sale Of Accommodation, Including Hotels, Insurance In Poland And Abroad, And Conference And Catering Services. 1 The Subject Of The Basic (Guaranteed) Order Is The Provision, For A Period Of 24 Months, Of A Comprehensive Service Of Reservation, Sale And Delivery Of Airline Tickets (In Accordance With The Standards Of The International Air Transport Association (Iata)), Reservation And Sale Of Accommodation, Including Hotel Accommodation, Insurance In Poland And Abroad, And Conference And Catering Services As Part Of The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Includes The Provision By The Contractor In Particular: 1.1 Airline Tickets On Domestic And Foreign Routes, 1.2 Seats Accommodation, Including In Hotels, In Poland And Abroad, 1.3 Travel-Related Insurance Policies (Travel Insurance), 1.4 Visa Intermediation, 1.5 Conference And Catering Services; 2 As Part Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Period Of Implementation And Validity Of The Agreement By A Maximum Period Of Another 24 Months If The Ordering Party Does Not Use The Funds Intended For Financing It During The Basic Period Of The Agreement, And This Extension May Be Made Multiple Times, Each Time For A Period Of Not Less Than 3 Months. 3 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Implement The Option In Whole Or In Part.
