The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service In The Form Of Preparing And Serving Hot Meals For The Residents Of The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Chmielnik At The Contractors Premises Located In The City Of Chmielnik In 2026;2. Detailed Information Regarding The Provision Of The Service:2.1. Provision Of Catering Services To The Ordering Party For A Period Of 12 Months, From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, 7 Days A Week, Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of A One-Course Hot Meal In The Form Of: - 3 Days A Week Soup With Meat (Served With Bread, Pasta, Rice Or Potatoes) And - 4 Days A Week A Second Meat Dish, For Each Person Referred By Customer Ops. A Second Meatless Dish Is Allowed Once A Week: Dumplings, Pancakes, Dumplings, Croquettes, Fish Or A Semi-Meat Dish, E.G. Bigos, Noodles, Pasta Casserole, Baked Beans. 2.2. Meals Served Should Be Varied, Good Quality, Hot, And Portions Consistent With Public Catering Standards. Food Products Will Be Purchased By The Contractor On Its Own.2.3. The Weight Described In The Individual Types Of Meals Includes The Weight Applicable At The Time Of Serving The Meal (The Weight Of The Finished Dinner, Including Its Individual Ingredients).2.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Serve Lunches Prepared From Fresh Products; It Is Prohibited To Use All Or Part Of The Products From The Previous Days Dinner To Prepare Lunches. 2.5. The Ordering Party Will Check The Quality Of The Meals. In The Event Of Violation Of The Provisions Of The Contract And The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Withdraw From The Contract Immediately.2.6.
