The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For A Period Of 12 Months From The Defect-Free Protocol Acceptance Of Individual Orders.4.4 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change: - The Number Of Deliveries/Works: By A Maximum Of +/- 30% Of The Expected Quantities Of Works (Total, Total Value Of The Contractors Remuneration For The Works Performed On The Basis Of All Orders During The Term Of The Contract), - The Scope Of Deliveries/Works Within The Financial Resources Available, If A Change In The Quantity/Scope Of Works Is Necessary For Objective Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party.
