The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Measuring Works, • Milling Of The Bituminous Surface, • Demolition Of The Surface From Concrete Slabs, • Earthworks, • Drainage Of The Road Body, • Construction Of The Sub-Base, • Construction Of Footings For Concrete Curbs, • Setting Of Concrete Curbs, • Setting Of Concrete Edges And Stops, • Construction Of A Concrete Block Surface, • Construction Of A Bituminous Surface, • Execution Roadsides, • Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings Based On The Permanent Traffic Organization Design, • Installation Of Lighting Cable Lines, • Installation Of Lighting Poles, • Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures, • Installation Of A Street Lighting Cabinet.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: • Organization And Security Of The Construction Site, • Development Of Documentation Necessary For The Proper Organization And Implementation Of Construction Works, • Protection Of Existing Infrastructure, Weapons And Installations Within The Scope Of The Works, • Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation, • Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations, • Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Its Implementation Includes:• Construction Design:- Land Development Design,- Architectural And Construction Design,• Permanent Traffic Organization Design,• Technical Designs:- Road Industry,- Electrical Industry,• Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sst),• Contract Template - Annex No. 2 To Swz,• Bills Of Quantities - Document Auxiliary.5. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are For Information Purposes Only. The Items Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Intended To Be An Aid In Calculating Investment Costs, Therefore They Are Only An Indication Supporting The Valuation. After Reviewing The Technical Documentation And Other Procurement Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions And Recommendations Contained In The Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment And The Arrangements And Opinions Attached To The Design Documentation.7. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Make A Local Visit To The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Order To Assess The Documents And Information Provided As Part Of This Procedure. A Site Visit Is Not A Necessary Condition For Submitting An Offer In The Procedure.8. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order At 48 Months, And The Maximum At 72 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report, In Accordance With The Adopted Of
