Tenders Are Invited For Vertical Insulation Of External Walls Along With Drainage And Water Disposal To The Rainwater Drainage System As Part Of The Task Of Renovation And Furnishing Of The Basement Rooms Of The Ug Building In Żórawina
The Works Include Discharging The Outflow From The Downpipe Into The Rainwater Sewerage System And Examining It (Determining The Route And Patency Of Connections, Connections To Wells), As Well As Installing A Perimeter Drainage System And Discharging The Water Into The Rainwater Sewerage System. When Installing A New Drainage System, Inactive/Unnecessary Wells Should Be Eliminated. Determine The Correct Route. From The Outside, The Underground Part Of The Walls Should Be Excavated, Cleaned And Then Protected By Applying Heavy Insulation Or A Tight Insulating Coating (Vertical) Using Construction Chemicals (Kmb Mass Or Use Concrete Sealants Or Waterproof Mortars, E.G. Bimortar From Volteco)), Xps Polystyrene Insulation, Thickness. 10 Cm, With A Protective Layer Of Dimpled Foil. Below Is The Course Of The External Installation On The Main Map (On The Left) And The Designed Drainage With Wells (On The Right). The Location Of The Wells Is Defined Schematically And Should Be Adapted To Local (Field) Conditions. Drainage Should Be Carried Out With A Slope Towards The Outlet, Not Less Than 2%. Band Drainage Is A System Of Perforated Pipes Placed Around The Foundation Of The Building, Used To Remove Moisture Accumulating At The Foundation. Unlike Seepage Drainage Pipes, Band Drainage Pipes Are Produced As Corrugated, Flexible Pipes, With Drainage Holes Made Around The Entire Circumference. This Solution Allows For The Collection Of Water Flowing From All Directions, I.E. Both Rainwater Seeping Through The Soil And Groundwater That Periodically Raises Its Level. The Drainage Pipe Along Its Entire Length Should Be Covered With Washed Gravel With A Maximum Grain Size Of 32 Mm, And The Gravel Layer Should Be: – Min. 15 Cm Under The Drainage Pipe And On The Side Of The Pipe – Min. 30-50 Cm Above The Drainage Pipe. The Pipe From Above Should Be Additionally Secured With The So-Called Geotextile, I.E. A Special Synthetic Fabric Permeable To Water, But Constituting A Tight Barrier To Sand And Silt. The Geotextile Protects The Drainage Against Silting And Plant Roots From Penetrating It. We Place It Above The Gravel Layer And Roll It Onto The Insulation Of The External Wall. If The Drainage Is Also Threatened From Below, The Geotextile Is Placed Directly At The Bottom Of The Trench On A Previously Prepared Layer Of Sand And, After All Layers Have Been Completed, The Upper Part Is Rolled Up Towards The Building Insulation.
