1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Feeding Complex At Kindergarten No. 370 At Ul. Umińskiego 11 In Warsaw As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of Kindergartens, In Accordance With The Project Documentation Entitled Reconstruction Of The Nutrition Complex In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 370 Of The Order Smile At Ul. Umińskiego 11 In Warsaw By Multiprojekt Sp. Z O. O. The Investment Is Located On Plot No. 15, District 3-06-06. The Task Will Be Carried Out On An Active Kindergarten And School Facility, Which The Contractor Must Take Into Account In The Organization Of Construction Works. During The Investment, The School And Kindergarten Will Work And Students Will Stay On The Premises. The Organization Of Works And The Schedule Must Be Agreed Each Time With Ordering Parties And Enable The Functioning Of Educational Institutions Throughout The Duration Of The Investment. The Work Schedule Should Be Adapted To The Work Of The Institution, Taking Into Account Periods Of Breaks In Teaching And Carrying Out Work After The End Of Classes In The Institution. The Implementation Of Works That May Affect The Organization Of The Institutions Work Must Be Agreed Each Time With The User With The Participation Of The Ordering Party.2.
