1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid Fuels For Gminny Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O.O. In A Cashless System.2. The Order Includes The Purchase Of Motor Fuels: 95 Octane Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil For Vehicles And Mechanical Equipment.3. The Average Annual Fuel Demand, Determined On The Basis Of Data From The Period Preceding The Order, For The Following Range Is: Pb 95 - 6,000 Liters On - 46,000 Liters4. The Place Of Fuel Collection (Refueling) Will Be The Contractors Gas Stations.5. The Number Of Liters Of Fuel Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Offer Form, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz, Respectively, Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, Depending On The Needs, To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Fuel Refueled.6. The Supply Of Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil Will Consist In Refueling The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment At The Contractors Gas Station Located Within A Distance Of 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Calculated By The Shortest Public Road Allowing The Passage Of Buses.7. It Is Allowed To Refuel Fuel In The Ordering Partys Canisters For Power Generators, Lawn Mowers, Chain Saws, Etc.8. Refueling May Only Be Carried Out By Authorized Persons And To The Ordering Partys Vehicles - In Accordance With The List Provided To The Contractor.9. Due To The Inability To Store Liquid Fuels, Refueling Of Vehicles And Equipment Will Take Place Successively, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Must Ensure Continuity Of Fuel Supply.10. Unleaded Petrol And Diesel Oil Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 25, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018) And The Pn-En 228 And Pn-En 590.11 Standards, Respectively. Fuel Collection Will Be Cashless. The Contractor Will Each Time Issue A Refueling Confirmation, Which Must Include: The Date Of Refueling, The Type And Quantity Of Fuel Consumed, The Gross Unit Price Of 1 Liter Of Fuel Including The Discount, The Total Value, Make And Registration Number Of The Vehicle, Surname And First Name Of The Person Collecting The Fuel, A Legible Signature Of The Person Collecting The Fuel.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Agree To The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel Using Fuel Cards.13. No Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Decided Not To Divide The Order Because It Will Not Prevent Small Or Medium-Sized Enterprises From Participating In The Proceedings.
