Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Long-Term Rental Of A New Or Used Mobile Shredder For Large-Size Waste, From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until December 31, 2026, 2.2 The Offered Equipment Must Have: 1) Electric Or Combustion Power, 2) Capacity: In The Range Of 12 To 18 Tons Of Large-Size Waste / Motor Hour, 3) The Used Shredder Cannot Be Manufactured Earlier Than 2005 4) Equipped With At Least One Shredding Shaft 5) Min. 5 Knives, 6) Wheeled Chassis, 7) In The Case Of Internal Combustion Power, An Engine With A Power Of Min. Min. 220 Kw Without Adblue System8) Hydraulic Adjustment Of The Conveyor Belt Angle,9) Control Panel Supporting All Shredding Functions And Indicating Emergency Scans, Containing At Least Indications Of The Number Of Hours Worked Since The Beginning Of Operation, The Number Of Daily Hours Worked, Engine Speed,10) Possibility Of Working Outdoors,11) In The Case Of A Two-Shaft Shredder: A Hydraulic System That Automatically Switches To Reverse Gear In Case Of Difficulty For Shredding, The Material Will Increase The Hydraulic Pressure To Its Limit Value,12) Clear Safety Signs In Places Of Danger,13) The Machine Is Equipped With Lower And Rear Fraction Ejection Conveyors;14) Required Documents And Certificates (In Polish) To Be Provided With The Device: A) Ce Certificate Of Conformity, B) Spare Parts Catalog, C) Dtr Device Operating Manual As Well As Other Necessary Documents Not Mentioned Above, 3. Other Requirements: A) The Delivered Device Must Be Complete, B) As Part Of The Order, The Supplier Will Train The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation, Maintenance And Operation Of The Device, C) The Device Must Be Protected Against Being Started By Unauthorized Persons, D) The Device Should Be Equipped With Emergency Switches At Critical Points Of The Machine, E) The Device Should Be Equipped With A System That Turns The Device Off When It Is Overloaded, 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Ensure Sharpening And Replacement Of Shafts At Intervals Of Every 500 Operating Hours.5. The Shredder Will Be Delivered At The Contractors Expense And Risk To The Waste Management Plant, Ul. Działkowa 20, 59-100 Polkowice Within 5 Days Of Signing The Contract.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For Motor Vehicle Owners, Which Will Cover The Offered Shredder. The Liability Of The Contractor And The Insurer Cannot Be Excluded As A Result Of The Transfer Of Ownership To The Ordering Party.7. In The Event Of Equipment Failure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Servicing And Repair The Failure Within 3 Business Days Or, If The Failure Cannot Be Repaired Within The Declared Time, To Provide A Replacement Machine At His Own Expense And Risk.
