The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Laundry Services For Items Of Uniforms And Equipment: Basic Order, Guaranteed Scope: 1) Water Washing In The Amount Of - 25,000.00 Kg (In Words: Twenty-Five Thousand Kilograms), 2) Dry Cleaning In The Amount Of - 8,000.00 Kg (In Words: Eight Thousand Kilograms), Order Carried Out Under The Option Law: 3) Water Washing In The Amount Of - 24 700.00 Kg (In Words: Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Kilograms),4) Dry Cleaning In The Amount Of - 7,900.00 Kg (In Words: Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Kilograms).2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Laundry Services For Uniforms And Equipment For The 41St Air Training Base In Dęblin In 2026, In Accordance With The Quality Parameters Included In Annex No. 1 (Offer Form) And 1A (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Included In The Price Of Water And Dry Cleaning, Tailoring Services, Also Includes All Activities Specified In Requirements Regarding The Performance Of The Service (In Annex No. 1A, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And Each Collection And Delivery Of Items Of Uniforms And Equipment (Puiw). The Subject Of The Order (Agreement) Includes The Collection Of Dirty Laundry Items Listed In Annex No. 1B To The Swz (In Annex No. 2A To The Contract); Tailoring (Sewing On Tears, Darning, Sewing Torn Edges, Pulling In Elastic Bands Or Strings) As Well As Loading, Delivery By The Contractors Transport And Unloading Of Clean Products And All Necessary Activities Required To Complete The Subject Of The Contract.
