1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Including Servicing Of Fee Verification Systems And Devices For Operating Paid Parking Zones In Gdynia.2. The Service Includes Servicing Of Fee Verification Systems, Including: Maintaining The E-Subscriptions And Notification Websites, Esb Data Bus, Controller Application And Maintaining The Hardware Infrastructure Necessary For The Proper Operation Of Fee Collection Systems For Paid Parking Zones In Gdynia. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of: 1) Maintenance Services; 2) Development Services. The Purpose Of Maintenance Services Is To Ensure The Ordering Partys Uninterrupted Operation Of Its Software (Sla Services), As Well As To Provide Other Services Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix A) Supporting The Use Of The Software By The Ordering Party; The Purpose Of The Development Services Is To Provide The Ordering Party With The Modification And Expansion Of The Ordering Partys Software, As Well As To Provide Services Supporting The Use Of The Software Ordering Party.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation, And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In: 1) Annex A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Annex B - Price Form; 3) Annex No. 6 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 4) Annex No. 7 - Assessment Questionnaire Of The Entity Processing Personal Data; 5) Annex No. 8 - Agreement On Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data.
