Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of Ht Cables, Switch Gears And Relays Incl Connected Items Under Ge (W) Colaba.; 1 Material and labour of Opening the bus -bar chamber,CT chamber, PT Chamber and Meter chamberof HT 11KV, panel boardand carry out following activities as mentioned below complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: spare parts shall be measured & paid seperately.) :-(i) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of bus bar chamber by checking of bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and removing dust with vacuum cleaner/Blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying STRIPPEX(A), STRIPPEX(B)and HTtape and test with High Voltage(DC)and meggering before and after high voltage test complete.(ii) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling of CT/PT chamberby checking of Bus bars, spout insulators, space heaters and checking of wiring system and removing dustwith vacuum cleaner/blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of bus bars, insulators and applying anti tracking paint on CTs and insulatorsand HT Tape.(iii) Inspecting/cleaning/overhauling meteringchamberby checking ofentire wiring system, all meters, selector switches, control fuses and removing dustwith vacuum cleaner/blower and moisture by hot air blower and checking tightness of wiring system. 2 Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350MVA, 400/630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhaulingand carrying out with the followingactivities as mentioned below and replacement of unservicable following itmes as and where required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: spare partswill be measured & paid seperately.) (Note : Spare parts and oil will be measured and paid seperately) 42 Material and labour for painting of HT VCBcapacity 250/350MVA,11KV, 400/630/800Amps, with onecoat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofred oxide primerafter cleaning, scraping, and filling ofcavitiesfor out side surface and in side surfaceof VCB and writing the details such as MES No/ SM No etc on the new metallic plate of size 30x15cm and fixng the metallic plate firmy on VCBall as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 43 S&F, testing commissioning ofcurrent transformer 50-30,5+5Amps, Class1 and 5p10,15VA,18.3kA/3Sec for 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350MVA, 400/630/800 Amps, panel board complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge. 44 T&P for Testing of primary injection by artificialloadthroughCT’s, on each multiple settingofovercurrent & earth fault relay, testing polarities, ammeter and selectorswitchandasdirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 45 T&P for Testing /Overhauling and secondary injection of over current earth fault relays/release on each multiple setting readjustment by artificial load complete all as specified including testing complete. 46 Repair/Overhauling Indoor type, 11 KV, SF 6, RMU Panel and carrying with following and all as specified and directed by engineer in Charge.Note :- (i) Including fixing ofspare parts to function RMU smoothly and rate to be included.Notes :-Spare parts and SF6 Gas will be measured and paid separatly.
