Tender For Repair Maintenance Of Various Motors And Items Of Stp Plant At Ralawas Under Ge Banar; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified. 2 Returning, filling, in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified. 3 Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified. 4 Taking out unserviceable HDPE pipe from the trench includes removing from the site and supply, laying & testingin trenches high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of specification PE-110 PN-10, 100 mm bore conforming to IS 4984 of 1995 with all fittings and fixture such as tee, bend elbow if required to make the services functional complete all as specified.Note : -(a) All fittings like bend ,elbow,tee etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible. 5 All as per ser item No 4.00 here-in-above but size of pipe 65 mm bore. 6 M& L in replacement MS Pipe (Heavy duty class C) size of 100 mm bore with flange end laid in trenches/floors and connections to centrifugal/submersiblepump sets for suction, pump to header and to connect out going MS pipe line including taking down old unsv MS pipe complete all as specified.Note:-Note : - (i) The charges for all fitting, joint, flange hook/clamp and welding work is deemed to be included in quoted rates (ii) Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule. 7 All As per Srl Item No 6 above but of size 80 mm bore 8 All As per Srl Item No 6 above but of size 65 mm bore 9 All As per Srl Item No 6 above but of size 50 mm bore 10 All As per Srl Item No 6 above but of size 32 mm bore 11 All As per Srl Item No 6 above but of size 25 mm bore 12 Supply and fix in replacement 10 mm dripline including necessary elbows, socket,tee, connectors and end taps complete all as specified. 13 Supply and fix in replacement butterfly valvewith handle made out of brass/gun metal of 100 mm dia of existing specificationcomplete all as specified. 14 Supply and fix in replacement CI butterfly valvewith handle made out of brass/gun metal of 80 mm dia of existing specification complete all as specified. 15 Supply and fix in replacement CI butterfly valvewith handle made out of brass/gun metal of 65 mm dia of existing specificationcomplete all as specified. 16 Supply and fix in replacement CI butterfly valvewith handle made out of brass/gun metal of 50 mm dia of existing specification complete all as specified. 17 Supply and fix in replacement foot valve of 80 mm dia of existing specification complete all as specified. 18 Supply and fix in replacement foot valve of 65 mm dia of existing specification complete all as specified. 19 M & L for taking up of sewage sumbersible pumping set 5 HP and transportation to civil work shop for opening of motor and taking out the burnt winding wire cleaning the slots. rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, weight etc, repairing the same by replacing the unserviceable parts like bearing bush, rotar sleeve, water seal and cable seal, sand guard, Sealing ring, Flange upper/lower with stud and nut, Seal bush, Thrust plate, Stainless Steel coupling,remetling of rotar end turning and making key way, balancing of rotar, Rotar sleeve turning and grinding,T-Bolt with nut, LNK Bolt Stainless Steel, Submersible cable jointing, G.M Impeller, CI NRV Body, Impeller Key, Stainless Steel Pump shaft single stage, Remetling of G.M Impeller and turning including machine work andtransportation from civil work shop to site and refixing and testing of Motorcomplete to the entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified.Note :-Spare parts and copper winding is deemed to be included in above quoted rates. 20 All As per Srl Item No 19.00 above but of sumbersible pumping set capacity 3 HP complete all as specified. 21 Prevantive maintenance of air blower after disconnecting the inlet/outlet pipe and dismantling from the mounting platform foundation of air blower installed at sewage treatment plant incl transportation to workshop to fro (if required), air Blower assembly consisting of twin lobe rotary blower and motor coupled by V Belt of capacity 20 HP complete for replacement of dry bag type suction air filter,bearing, oil seal,V Velt No FK 548, high Tensile Bolts, nuts, washers etc duly greasing all fits of various component and refixing, reconnecting the same at site and testing complete all as specified. 22 Supply and Replacement of gear oil of grade SAE 90/SERVO 23 Supply and fix in replacement V Beltof size B-65 complete of existing specifications complete all as specified. 24 Taking out old unserviceable compressor motor capacity of 20 HP electric motors 440 V 3 phase of any make any type from sewage pump house and Material and labour for replacement of suitable bearings and rewinding comprising disconnection/ isolation of electric motor and transporting from site to repair work shop, dismantling, stripping out and removing old burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots etc. Rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge including all necessary insulation material class-I, varnishing and heating as per requirment. Re-installing in position and reassembling the same after complete repair with accessories such as nut, bolts, washers etc. Installation with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for thefollowing :-Note : Spare parts & copper winding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. 25 M&L for dismantling, disconnecting and decoupling of 10 HP Electric Motor complete from the installation/STP with the help of man power / chain pully block after making temporary arrangment for hanging ofchain pully block, incl shifting of motor to civil work shop for opening of motor and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all other insulating materialand greasing of mechanical switch gear incl replacement of bearing of suitable size, oil seal, packing kit,fan blade with casing ,terminal box and terminal connection plate etc and transportation from civil work shop to site for refixing , coupling, alignment of Motor with pumpusing steel/rubber coupling and testing of Motorcomplete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and directed.NOTE:- Spare parts and copper winding are deemed to be included in above quoted rates. 26 All As per Srl Item No 25.00 above but of motor capacity 5 HP 27 All As per Srl Item No 25.00 above but of motor capacity 1 HP 28 All As per Srl Item No 25.00 above but of motor capacity 0.25 HP 29 Material and Labour for cleaning of Sewage Equalization tank ofstoragecapacity upto 340 CUM at STP and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc complete all as specified. 30 Material and Labour for cleaning of Treated water tank ofstoragecapacity upto 120 CUM at STP and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc complete all as specified. 31 Material and Labour for cleaning of Receving chamber of storage capacity upto 3.6 cum ,Coarse screen bar chamber upto5.50 cum Fine screen bar chamber upto5.50 cum ,Oil grease chamber tank of storage capacity upto 2.5 cum, Grit storage capacity upto2.5 cumthoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from the tank complete all as specified. 32 Material and Labour for cleaning ofMBBR I & II , Tube settler Tank & Clean water tank of storage capacity upto 120 cum Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc complete all as specified. 33 Material and Labour for cleaning ofAnoxic tank of storage capacity upto 60 cum and sludge bed tank of storage capacity of 5 CUM thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from the tank complete all as specified. Note for 29 to 33:-(i) Inner surface of tank complete shall be cleaned by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manuallyat a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed by Engr-in charge (ii) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed by engr-in-charge(iii) Necessary safety equipment such as hand gloves, mask belt with rope and other safety items, any kind of risk during lifting of sludge will be solely responsibility of the contractor . 34 M&L for floting MBBR FAB media out of vergin PP, UV sterlized, of MBBR based sewage treatment plant complete all as specified. 35 Material and labour for refilling overhauling and replacement of Filter Media of 1No x sand and 1No x carbon filter vessels at STP including comprising the following: -(a) Unloading of exhausted Carbon media and Anthracite & Silica from the sand and carbon filer vessel with proper care (b) Thorough cleaning and scraping inside the existing sand & carbon Filters vessel properly including painting with two coats of anticorosive black bituminous paint inside and out side of the filter shells with two coats of anticorrosive/ Red oxide etc. (c ) fixing new strainer Pipes as per existing (d) filling of new Activated Carbon media andAnthracite & Silicain to thecarbon and sand filter vessel. (e) Re-Commissioning and testing of the existing filter plantby the reputed service Engineer all as directed. after completion of work complete all as specified. 36 Taking out unserviceable Out door treminal Junction boxand S & F water proof terminal Junction box with copper terminal suitble for 6 sq mm conductor of rating 100Ampwith pre fitted PVC gland 4x and 6 sqmm terminals 16x on 35 mm Din rail complete all as specified. 37 Material and Labour for replacement existing u/s foundation MS bolt with nuts and washers of various sizes complete all as specified. 38 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for Tank Railing and base plate of Motor/Pump etc complete all as specified. 39 S&F rolled mild steel as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angles cleast and connecting plates etc and frame work such as grills,grating, railling, base plate and similer work conforming to Fe.290Gde-E-165 complete all as specified. 40 M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamalled paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS Pipe Header of different motor , MS pipe and Iron ralling of any size and before painting completely clean the rust on iron complete as directed of 2 MLD STP Plantcomplete all as specified.Note :- Total pipe length including Header approx 100 metre 41 M&L for painting of Pump / Motor /Blower of Capacity Upto 20 HP by scraping old paint,making surface good ,painting with two coats of recommented paint over one coat of red oxide primer and before painting completely clean the rust on iron complete all as specified. 42 S & F round strand steel wire rope RHO/LHO/RHL/LHL conforming to IS: 2266/02 dia15 mm 1770 N/mm² tensile and connected clamp nut bolts fixed complete all as specified. 43 Material and Labour for replacement of cloth of Screw press with dosing system of110 mm dia and 750 mm long - 2 Nos of Nylon material in thickening zone and SS 304 in pressure zone complete all as specified. 44 Material and labour for replacement of front mountingAdd on auxilary contact blocks of MNX A2 type as per existing 1 NO+1 NC includling 2.5mm copper control cable upto 0.5 meter complete all as specified. 45 Supply and fixing in replacement of power contactor of 415 volts 50Hz,of MNX A2 type as per existing capacity with 230 volts operated coil on existing panel/Timer complete all as specified. 46 Supply and fix in replacement Over load relay Type ML-2 range 14Amp to 23Amp with 63 Max.
