Tender For Special Repairs To Sewage Lines At Certain Locations At Ats Belagavi Under Ge(Af) Sambra.; 1 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and exceeding 1.50m but not exceeding 3.00 depth and not exceeding 10sqm on plan for foundation or manhole and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC) 150mm internal dia set in cement mortar and removing all the rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.. (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with soil blocks, in PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded sotne aggregates) as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary use and waste of form work and complete all as specified and directed 10 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including pacing under and hanching the pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested of 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and hanching the pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested of 200mm bore complete all as starting point complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, usinge extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed 19 Cutting exising manholes for connecting new drains, of internal dia pipe 150 mm making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benchig for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed. 20 Cleaning of sewage line of any dia and including man holes (between manhole to manhole and man hole to septic tank) by rodding with bamboo and gunny bags and removing sludge/debris/night soil from premices etc and cleaning with fresh water complete all as specified and directed. 21 Cleaning of gully trap/Nahani trap/water closed up to Ist manhole from ground floor to third floor by rodding as directed including refixing of grating in position with white cement and removing the debris as directed including cutting of small vegetables where ever found complete all as specified and directed. 22 Cleaning of septic tank/Soak well /Grease trap by bailing out sewage and night soil / sludge into closed containers and depositing the same outside campus including cleaning the septic tank with water complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. 24 M&L for TMT bars 6mm dia to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.. 25 M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over Wall Corrugated (DWC) profiled High Density polyethylene pipes (DWC) class SN-14, 150mm nominal inside diametre sewage pipe laying in ground incl all fittings complete all as specified and directed 30 M&L for Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) profiled High Density polyethylene pipes (DWC) class SN-14, 200mm nominal inside diametre sewage pipe laying in ground incl all fittings complete all as specified and directed 31 S&F precast concrete manhole cover with frame of size ( 900mm x 1200mm) covers and framed lids that are lodged over the manholes to ensure no creature /object falls in to the
