Tender For Repairs / Maintenance Of Service Connection, Distribution Board, Building Sub Main Wiring, Earthing And Allied Works At Af Stn Yeour Under Ge Af Thane 2Nd Call; 1 Material and labour in repairfor sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 6 sqmm, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi strandedduly colour coded cable drawn through and including PVC existing/newcasing and caping of size 25mm width or above as required at site and accessories such as tee, corners,overlaping connector etc of suitable size fixed on surface of walls/roofs/ceiling and including 01 run of 6 sqmm single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded of green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including removing old unserviceable item complete and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing all as specified and directed.Note : -02 run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and 01 run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor and 01 run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit. 2 All as per item no 1 herein before but of size 2X4 sq mm and 1X4 sqmm all as specified and directed. 3 All as per item no 1 herein before but of size 2X2.5 sq mm and 1X2.5 sqmm all as specified and directed. 4 Junction Box, etc. ISI marked including taking down/out unserviceable PVC Conduit with Fittings, complete all as specified and as directed. 9 S&F PVC Casing & Cappings, ISI marked, heavy duty of size 25mm with all Fittings including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed. 10 S&F in repair Multi LED Street Light Fitting of capacity 35 Watt IP 65, having Die-cast Aluminium Housing, Weather Proof with Accessories and connecting up with and including PVC insulated Copper Conductor Cable 1.5 Sqmm, Single Core with bracket 25 mm dia GI medium grade pipe,1.2 mtr long including Taking down unserviceable Street Light Fittings from the bldg, complete all as specified and as directed. 11 S & F in repairLoadline Distribution board, TP&N vertical, with Bus bars, 200A, 415V CapNetural links,blanking plates, double door 8 way,withMCCB 63 to 100 Amps as incommer and SP/DP/TP MCB as outgoing and electrically connecting up ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 12 S & F in repairLoadline Distribution board, TP&N vertical ,with Bus bars, 200A, 415V Netural links,blanking plates, double door 4 way,withMCCB 63 to 100 Amps as incommer and SP/DP/TP MCB as outgoing and electrically connecting up ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 13 S & F in repairDistribution board, SP&N,Prewired ,Netural links,blanking plates, double door 4 way,with provision for MCB SP&N as incommer and SP/DP MCB as outgoing and electrically connecting up ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 14 S & F in repair Distribution board, SP&N,Prewired ,Netural links,blanking plates, double door 8 way,with provision for MCB SP&N as incommer and SP/DP MCB as outgoing and electrically connecting up ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 S & F in repairMCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts 50 HZ having 10 KA,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 16 S & F in repair MCB SPN40 Amps 240 volts 50 HZ having10 KA,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 17 S&F in repairMCB SPN 240 volt,50Hz,63 Amp,C Curve,10kA breaking capacity ,complete box with protected power unit rating 16-25 Amps 240volt 50HZ as per Havells cat part no-DHDUCDP0253016-25 or equivalent as per Approved. 20 S & F in repairRCCB DP,30 mA, 25 Amps 240 volts 50 HZ having ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 21 Taking down the unserviceable MCCB,Supply and fixing MCCB TP/FP pole with thermal Release range 40/63 Amps, 16KA, 415V, 50 Hz including extension bar for connection cable, ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 22 Taking down the unserviceable MCCB,Supply and fixing MCCB TP/FP pole with thermal Release range 100-125 Amps, 16KA, 415V, 50 Hz including extension bar for connection cable, ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 23 M & L in repairfor Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burrieddirectly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate vertically to a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connection to and including 4mm dia (8 SWG) GI earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers, thimble etc to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts & nuts etc, connecting to DBs /LT Panel wlith provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade) excavation and earth work returning , filling, ramming and remove of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, make good to match with existing surface and testing on completion.Note:1.After completion if test results are nor satisfied, earthing should be redone by contractor without any extra cost. 2. Contractor should quote the rate deemed to be included with testing. 24 S&F in repair sheet metal plug & socket DB, SP, with a two pin and earth plug with socket, 230 Volts with & including one MCB SP ‘C’ Curve 10 kA, 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 25 Supply and fixing in repair LED light fitting 1x 40 Watt flameproof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vaporgroup of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protectionwith die cast aluminum housing with heat resistanttoughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver,holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessoriesprewired and including connecting up with three coreflexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. 26 S&F in replacement ofEnergy saving 9/10 watt environmental friendly, ultra modern, energy saving, surface mounted, decorative oval bulk head edge-lit LED luminaire comprising of high brightness LEDs, IP 65 protection fixed on wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 27 Supply,lay and testing in replacementof over head line or cableXLPE insulated,galvanised steel strip armoured,1100 volts gradewith multistranded aluminium conductor of cross-sectional area 50 sqmm; 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/walls and connection with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 27 to 29- (i) Excavation & Earth work,sand cushioning, cable cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paidseparately.(ii) The cable shall be in one length unless otherwise directed by the GE. 28 All as per item No.22 above but of size 70 sqmm, 3.5 core 29 All as per item No.22 above but of size 35 sqmm, 3.5 core 30 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in soft loose soil complete all asspecified and directed. 31 Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed 32 Removing excavated soil not exc50 mtr ant depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed 33 Supply and filling in and speading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickess i.e 18 cm shall be measured for paymeny purpose. 34 Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type -I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.
