RCC Grade M25 Using Batching Plant 5 Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-25 grade EX.cluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 6 Supplying fitting and placing Mild bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 7 Construction of weep holes with 100mm dia AC Pipe as per direction of E/I. 8 Providing and laying granular material behind abutment and wing wall 9 Earth work in enbankment in ordinary soil icluding 1.5 meter & 30 meter lead as per S.I.253. 10 Providing and Fixing of Sign board 11 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 12 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory rollar to achieve the desired density , complete as per clause 401 13 Providng & laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45-63mm S.S.B.)to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with smooth roller 80-100 KN in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the require density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 14 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.
