Concession Of Operating Services Of The Gaudi Center Restaurant.The Object Of The Contract Is The Concession Of The Service Of Exploitation Of The Restaurant Gaudí Center Reus, Located In Plaça Mercadal, 3, 4A Planta, Reus. Specifically, The Actions To Be Developed Will Be The Following:1. Restaurant Service During The Hours That Are Specified, Providing Any Improvements That Are Considered Necessary. 2. Cleaning Your Spaces (Cleaning Materials And Sanitary Materials Will Be Provided By The Awardee). 3. Maintenance And Repairs Of The Facilities Necessary For The Provision Of The Service.4. Opening And Closing Of The Facilities During The Hours Specified By The Contract And/Or The Person Responsible For The Contract. 5. Periodic Control And Obligatory Reviews Of All Those Services And Materials According To Current Regulations Of The Sector. Between The City Council Of Reus And Redessa There Is An Agreement, Whereby Redessa Is Entrusted With The Management And Exploitation Of The Gaudí Center Reus Space. Likewise, An Addendum To The Aforementioned Agreement Was Signed On March 11, 2020, Whereby Its Duration Was Extended Until December 31, 2035.
