Service Content: The Contract Includes The Complete Operational Implementation Of The Move Of The Childrens Hospital And The Womens Clinic To The New Kidz/Fkl Building On The Site Of The Lucerne Cantonal Hospital. The Services Include: * Overall Moving Logistics For All Inventory Goods (Furniture, Medical Technology, Small It Materials, Mobile Furniture, Archive And Office Materials). * Supporting The Introduction Of Selected New Hospital Purchases In The Areas Of Medical Facilities (Skp 8) And Equipment And It (Skp 9), Provided There Is No Direct Delivery. * Planning And Coordination Services In Close Coordination With The Migration Project Management (Staging, Process, Resource Planning, Routing). * Operational Implementation Including Transport, Packaging, Protective Measures, Dismantling And Simple Reassembly Of Furniture, Placement According To Layout Plans. * Special Transport For Sensitive Medical Devices, Laboratory Equipment In Accordance With Safety And Transport Regulations. * Providing All Necessary Aids, Means Of Transport, Packaging And Protective Materials As Well As Ensuring Accessibility And Operational Readiness. * Provision And Distribution Of User Packaging Material As Well As Creation And Attachment Of Moving Labels According To Specifications. * Implementation Of Intra-Area Transport Via Tunnels, Lifts Or Above-Ground Routes In Accordance With The Project-Specific Requirements. * Follow-Up Including Taking Back Packaging Material, Removing Labels And Protective Material As Well As Documentation.
