In PortlandPozzolana Cement mortar. 4 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. 5 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 6 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:G.S. Sheet. 7 Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 8 Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. 10 Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal ofexcavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil. 12 Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials. Bend 87.5°,75 mm bend. 25 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). 26 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. 27 Deduct for taking away of steel work in frames, shutters, trusses, channels, beams, Tee, angles,bolts, washers etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete. 28 Providing & Laying full body matt/ plain tiles ( AGL,Johnson or approved equivalent ) in floor of minimum thichkness 15 mm with water absorption less than 0.06% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, brand and manufacturer laid on 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The slab must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of slab will be done with the help of notch trowel, wedge,clips of required thichkness, vaccum cups for lifting, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the slab gently and easily,all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge. Size of tile 600 X 600 mm all colours and shades. 29 Supply, Providing and fixing of 22 mm thickmulti-layered / multi cell minimum of 6 layer modular polycarbonate panel system of approved make, conforming to international standards, over MS/Aluminium supporting structure (paid separately). Panels approx. 900 mm wide, up to minimum 11.8 m long, ( customized length as per site requirement )with multi-cell / truss design ensuring:Thermal insulation (U-value 1.76–1.9 W/m²K), UV protection (>99% block, co-extruded layer), Impact resistance – Dart Drop IS 14443-97, ASTM Sandbag/Hailstone tests,Fire classification BS1 D0 / ASTM D635 -18 or equivalent,Sound insulation =19 dB,Weathering stability as per ASTM G155/D2244- minimum 5000 hours exposer, Panels shall be supplied with all fixing accessories (SS304 fasteners, aluminium U-profiles, glazing bars, end caps, sealing/breathing tape) and installed over MS/Aluminium structure using snap-on / interlocking connectors with grip lock mechanism. Panels shall beopal anti-glare/ softlite / opaque-transparent in combination in a single panelas approved.?The complete systempanel shall carry a 10-year standard limited warranty , be manufactured in an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified facility, with manufacturer’s experience of minimum 5 years. The structural members shall be painted with 350 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Primer cum MIO of approved make with two coat of Epoxy Primer cum MIO 125 microns (each coat) thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coats). Up to all heights including preparation of the surface by copper slag blasting before application of primer/paint as per SA2.5 standards. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings, Particular Specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete. 31 Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Design and Engineering of Polycarbonate Canopy including design of polycarbonate glazing/roofing system, all related perimeter attachment hardware, associated structural steel works, RCC foundation / footings, rain water drainage arrangement etc., including but not limited to preparation of all design calculation sheets (structural / architectural), stability checks, connection design, getting all designs vetted by IIT / NIT / Reputed Govt. Engineering College, preparation and issue of Good-for-Construction drawings, review / revision of drawings during execution if required and providing any other technical inputs / details related to consultancy work as required for successful execution of works as per tender specifications and direction of EIC.The steel structure shall be designed strictly as per conceptual architectural profiles of the polycarbonate canopy, including arch beams, curved lateral beams, bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, base plates / base assemblies of columns, SS pin joints (wherever applicable), and all other members / connections required to support the polycarbonate canopy system and associated RCC drain in front, complete and as directed.
