(Drg No. FD-263) 69 M & L for repair to CHARPOY DOUBLE BUNK by taking down/removing the existing broken /unserviceable Short rail and S & F new Short rail made of 25mm bore, medium grade GI pipe of length 900mm fixed to side legs on flat iron with 2 bolts and nuts, 10mm dia complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. (Drg No. FD-263) 70 M & L for repair to CHARPOY DOUBLE BUNK by taking down/removing the existing broken /unserviceable newar from both the berth and S & F new 12mm thick plywood, BWR grade-AA of size 1980x900mm by making necessary cutting at edges duly fixed on GI pipe frame with 10mm dia nuts, bolts and washer complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed. (Drg No. FD-263) 71 M & L for preparation of old painted steel surface of Almirah Large Steel with shelves by complete removal of existing paint by applying paint remover solution, filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth ,remove the all dust etc with a fine cloth and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved make as per existing shade externally and internally over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.
