Tender For Repair To Septic Tanks Soakage Wells And Misc Sewage Works At Rms Chail Under Ge (I) Jutogh; 1 Dismantling of 100mm cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/ floor/ wall if required complete all as specified and directed. 2 S&F for 100 mm bore cast iron (sand cast pipe) soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Cleaning the septic tank/ sludge chamber of any depth/ area/ condition incl taking out stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc. deposited in the septic tanks, filling in closed container and depositing in excavated pit, covering the pit at least 500m beyond nearby living accn or area as marked by station controlling authority with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime on covered pit and around septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygienic, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) Cost of pumping with mechanical sewage pump, excavation of earth pit and fresh lime shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(ii) Charges of covered container incl its transportation shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in charge and Contractor. 4 Comprehensive maintenance and cleaning of sewage system including sewage lines, manholes, soakage wells/ soak-pits, gully traps, septic tanks attending blockages in WCs/ WHBs/Drains etc by employing necessary resources including T&P atRMS Chail complete all as specified and directed. The location/ building/ complex where work is to be carried out consist of the following:-All OTM and Md Accn atRMS Chail.Notes:- (i) The Contractor will employ a Mazdoor (sweeper). The Mazdoor (sweeper) so employed shall report to the concerned JE daily to give feed back and also to receive day to day sewage Complaints and necessary instructions for smooth running of the contract. (ii) He will also carry out normal maintenance to sewage system as required at site. (iii) For any default/delay in attending the complaints recovery shall be effected as per contract conditions provided. (iv) T & P as required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (v) Mazdoor (sweeper) engaged by the contractor shall take all necessary preventive safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and department shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidence. 5 Cleaning of SGSW/ CIpipe lines laid in trenches or fixed to wall/ floor incl desilting/ desludging intermediate manholes of any size and depth, removing sludge outside of MoD land in a covered container,at least 500 m beyond nearby living accn, depositing the sludge in a excavated pit, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime over the pit and around manholes complete all as specified and directed.Note: Charges of covered container incl its transportation charges, cost of fresh lime and earth pit shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. 6 100mm internal dia of pipe line 7 150mm internal dia of pipe line 8 M&L for Cleaning/ Removal of blockage of floor traps/ Nahani Traps of 75mm/100mm bore in kitchen/ Bathrooms/ Toilets etc up to 1st Manhole including of taking down PVC/ Stainless trap grating and refixing the same with white cement with pigment to match the surface as before or any other associated/ related complaints not mentioned under this item and will be done, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The traps shall be measured more than one times as per requirement. 9 M&L for cleaning/ removal of blockage of Gully traps up to 1st Manhole of any size and any depth including Removing RCC Manhole covers and refixing the same as beforeany other associated/ related complaints not mentioned under this item, complete all as specified and directed..Note:- The Gullytraps shall be measured more than one times as per requirement. 10 M & L for cleaning/ removal of blockage of Orissa Pattern WC "P"/S trap and making functional up to 1st Manhole or any other associated/ related complaints not mentioned under this item, complete all as specified and directed.Note:- The EWCshall be measured more than one times as per requirement. 11 M&L for cleaning/ removal of blockage of European Pattern WC "P"/S trap and making functional up to 1st Manhole or any other associated/ related complaints not mentioned under this item, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The EWCshall be measured more than one times as per requirement. 12 M & L for cleaning/ removal of blockage of European Pattern WC "P"/S trap and including removing EWC and cleaning the traps completely and making functional and refitting the EWC in same position including making good the disturbed surfaces with white cement and pigment to match the existing surface or any any other associated/ related complaints not mentioned under this item complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The EWCshall be measured more than one times as per requirement. 13 Excavation in trenchesin hard/densesoil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for PCC 1:4:8,type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete bed todrain pipes laid in trenches in any depth incl packing under & haunchingagainst the side of 150mm bore (SGSW) pipe with concrete after the pipesare laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipe and jointed as specified complete all as specified and directed. 17 Returning filling in andincluding spreading, leveling and well ramming n.exc 25 cm thick inhard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed. 19 Demolition of brickmasonry /stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quious, pillars arches etc complete all as specified and directed. 20 Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L forwalling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 23 All as per item No. 22.00 above but except stone, complete all as specified and directed. 24 M&L for brick work, with sub class "B" brickstraight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius built in CM 1: 6 as in manholes and septic tanks, complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for brick work, with sub class"B" brickstraight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortor (1:4) as in manholes and septic tanks, complete all as specified and directed. 26 M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick on other thanfair faces of brick works/ stone masonry, in CM 1:4, using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished surfaces even and smooth without using extracement, complete all as specified and directed. 27 Supply only integrated water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed . 28 M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar works plinth course, coping benching, bed plate etc complete all as specified and directed. 29 Demolition of reinforcedcement concreteof any description and in position not otherwise specificallyprovided complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L forprecast reinforced concrete 1:2:4, type B-1,using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as incover slabs set in cement concrete 1:4 placed in position over manholes etc including use and waste of
