Iv.Swz.1. Execution Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of A Bridge At Prymasowska Street. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz, The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The List Of Prices Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Demolition Of The Existing Bridge And Construction Of A New One, B) Expansion Of Ul. Prymasowska On The Approaches To The Bridge, Including The Existing Condition On The Western Side Of The Bridge To Ul. J. Piłsudskiego And Ul. T. Kościuszki, And On The Eastern Side In Ul. Prymasowska, C) Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Southern Side Of The Street And A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path On The Northern Side Of The Street, Including The Existing Sidewalks, D) Reconstruction Of Transverse Parking Bays On The Southern Side Of Prymasowska Street Within The Investment, E) Reconstruction Of Longitudinal Parking Bays (Separated By The Road) On The Northern Side Of Prymasowska Street Within The Investment, F) Reconstruction Of Street Lighting, I.E. Liquidation Of The Existing Lighting On Power Poles And Construction Of New Lighting Within The Scope Investment, G) Construction Of A Technological Channel, Storm Sewerage, Street Drainage. Prymasowska In The Scope Of The Investment And Sanitary Pressure Sewage System, H) Removal Of Conflicts Between The Existing Infrastructure Networks Within The Investment Area And The Planned Investment, Including The Power Grid, Telecommunications Network, And Sanitary Sewage System, I) Cutting Down Existing Trees Colliding With The Investment To The Necessary Extent And Construction Of Replacement Greenery, J) Construction Of A Section Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road Under The Designed Bridge Along The Łupia-Skierniewka River, On Its Eastern Side. The Horizontal And Vertical Bridge Beam Has Been Designed To Lead A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Under The Bridge, K) Other Accompanying Works. The Detailed Scope Of Works For This Task Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities, Price List And Design Documentation. When Pricing And Performing The Works, The Provisions Contained In Annex No. 7 And Annex No. 8 Should Be Taken Into Account In The Part Entitled Comments On The Valuation Of Works - The Comments Refer To The Bill Of Quantities, List Of Prices, Description Of The Subject Of The Order. When Pricing And Performing Works, Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Regarding The Developed Design Documentation Should Also Be Taken Into Account. Fulfillment Of The Conditions Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documents And The Costs Associated With Them Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of The Works And The Intention To Commence Use
