The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Stadium Infrastructure - Stage Ii, In Accordance With The Design/Technical Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design/Technical Documentation, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 5 To The Swz, And A Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 6 To The Swz. The Outlay Cost Estimate / Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature In Relation To The Design/Technical Documentation And Serves To Determine The Type Of Works Included In The Order, While The Full Scope Of Works Is Obliged To Be Determined By The Contractor On The Basis Of The Design/Technical Documentation.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Design/Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Currently Applicable Construction Law, Other Applicable Regulations, Polish Standards And Construction Practice.4. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
