In Accordance With The Act Of December 9, 2021 Amending The Act On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels And Certain Other Acts (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1289, As Amended); Local Government Unit Referred To In Art. 35 Section 2, From January 1, 2022, Performs, Commissions Or Entrusts The Performance Of Public Tasks Referred To In Art. 35 Section 2 Point 1, Entities Whose Total Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles In The Motor Vehicle Fleet Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law, Used In The Performance Of This Task Is At Least 10%. 5. In The Fleet Of Motor Vehicles (Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law) Used In The Implementation Of This Order/Agreement, The Contractor Will Have An Appropriate Share Of Electric Or Natural Gas-Powered Vehicles When It Is Necessary To Comply With The Provisions Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels. 6. The Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Include A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And A Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
