Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery: The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader With Accessories. The Vehicle Is Approved For Use On Public Roads In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Must Also Be An Authorized Dealer Of The Delivered Backhoe Loader. As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Will Train The Ordering Partys Employee In The Operation Of The Backhoe Loader On The Day Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Description In Accordance With Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
