The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And District Roads In The Ostrów Mazowiecka Commune In 2026, Consisting In Clearing Snow From Roads And Combating Black Ice. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Such A Way As To Ensure Passability Of The Entire Width Of The Surface And Limit Disruptions To The Flow Of Road Traffic. For This Purpose, The Contractor Should Eliminate Slipperiness Along The Entire Width Of The Roads, And Especially On Sections That Determine The Possibility Of Traffic - Dangerous Turns And Driveways, Intersections With Hard Roads And At Bus Stops. Transport Of Equipment To And From The Place Of Work Indicated By The Ordering Party Is At The Contractors Expense. The Black Ice Control Material Is The Contractors Material. The Dates And Scope Of Snow Removal From Roads Will Depend On Weather Conditions And Information Provided By An Employee Of The Commune Office. The Response Time From The Moment Of Receiving An Order From The Ordering Party Is No Longer Than 2 Hours, Unless The Ordering Party Orders Otherwise. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Date Of Snow Removal From The District Roads After Signing The Agreement With The Ostrów District. The Order Covers Municipal Roads In The Following Towns: Rogóźnia, Popielarnia, Sielec, Lipniki, Pólki, Fidury, Koziki, Koziki-Majdan, Przyjmy Near Poręba, Wiśniewo, Dybki, Turka, Nagoszewo, Nagoszewka First, Nagoszewka Drugi, Nowa Osuchowa, Stara Osuchowa, District Roads: 2639W From National Road No. 8 Nagoszewo To The National Road No. 60 Koziki (Snow Removal - 10.5 Km, Sprinkling - 3.8 Km); 4402W Nagoszewka - Wiśniewo (Snow Removal - 7 Km, Spreading - 5.0 Km); 2647W Dybki - Wiśniewo (Snow Removal - 7 Km, Spreading - 4 Km); 2648W Przyjmy - Długosiodło (Snow Removal - 3.6 Km, Spreading - 0 Km).
