1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels - Diesel Oil And Ethanol Pb 95 For Vehicles And Service Equipment For The Needs Of The District Office In 2026. 2) During The Duration Of The Order, The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase 26,358 Liters Of Diesel Oil (On) And 3,611 Liters Of Ethanol (Pb 95). 3) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Form Of Successive, Non-Cash Purchases - Refueling Directly To Vehicles, And To The Ordering Partys Devices - With Refueling Into Canister(S), In Quantities And Dates Resulting From The Ordering Partys Current Needs. 4) The Quantities Of Fuel Specified In Point 5.3 Point 2) Are Estimated Quantities That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase During The Term Of The Contract. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Therefore The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Purchased Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 5) Unleaded Petrol And Diesel Oil Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Issued On The Basis Of Article 3(2)(1) Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529) And The Pn-En 228 And Pn-En 590 Standards, Respectively. 6) Diesel Oil Supplies Concern The Grade Appropriate For The Period Summer, Transitional And Winter. If The Temperature Drops Below Minus 10 Degrees C, The Supplied Diesel Fuel Should Correspond To Winter Fuel. The Contractor Of The Contract Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Supply Of A Given Type Of Diesel Oil Depending On The Current Ambient Temperature. To Confirm The Above, The Ordering Party May, During The Term Of The Contract, Request The Contractor To Present A Current Certificate Or Certificate Of The Quality Of The Fuels Sold. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Possibility Of Refueling At A Gas Station Located In The City Of Sokołów Podlaski From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M.
