A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Terms Of Reference.3. The Contractor Will Provide All Cleaning Products And Equipment, Tools And Devices Necessary To Perform The Order On Its Own.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Number Of People To Provide Cleaning And Maintenance Services In The Ordering Partys Buildings, So That All Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Completed Within The Hours Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. Work Related To Maintaining Order And Cleanliness In Individual Facilities Should Be Performed By Persons With No Criminal Record And Trained By The Contractor In The Scope Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, As Well As In The Scope Of Activities Performed By Them And Informed About The Occupational Risk When Performing Work On The Premises Of The Ordering Party.6. Before Submitting The Offer, It Is Advisable For The Contractor To Visit The Site And Familiarize Himself With The Buildings And Areas To Be Cleaned, As Well As The External Area In Order To Take Into Account The Existing Conditions In The Submitted Offer.7. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, It Is Advisable For The Contractor To Obtain All Necessary Information Regarding Risks, Difficulties And Any Other Circumstances That May Occur During The Execution Of The Order.
