The Ordering Party Informs That The Given Order Quantity Is An Estimate And Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Delivery In Terms Of Quantity. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase At Least 50% Of The Order Quantity.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Actual Acceptance Protocol.
