Mirošovice U Říčan [695475] (Hereinafter Referred To As Project And/Or Construction) Following The Architectural Study Entitled Construction Of Kindergarten Mirošovice, Modernization, Capacity Building And Reconstruction Of Primary School Mirošovice, Expansion Of The School Campus, Volumetric Conceptual Study (Hereinafter Referred To As Architectural Study) Prepared By Atelier 6, S.R.O., Registered Office At Rokycanova 30, 130 00 Prague 3, Id: 26163535. Project Activity Is Required In The Following Scope And Phases: I. Targeting And Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Condition Of The Buildings And The Future Construction Site • Geodetic Surveying Of All Existing Buildings Affected By The Construction And The Adjacent School Grounds (Targeting Of The Object With A Laser 3D Scanner With The Possibility Of Measuring Specific Places Using A Laser Rangefinder. The Output Of This Measurement Will Be A 3D Model Of The Current State Of The Preserved Objects. It Is Enough To Target The Demolished Objects With A Laser Rangefinder And Then Create Documentation In 2D.) • Construction-Technical Survey Of All Existing Buildings Affected By The Construction, Including Survey Of Their Foundations • Investigation Of The Presence Of Asbestos And Other Hazardous Substances In All Existing Buildings Affected By The Construction • Orientation And Diagnosis Of The Technical Equipment Of All Buildings Affected By The Construction • Orientation And Survey Of Existing Engineering Networks In The Area Under Consideration – Routes, Connections And Capacities, Incl. Processing Of Documentation For Building Permits, Securing Statements And Opinions Of Doss And Network Administrators Regarding Documentation For Building Permits, Submitting Applications For Project Permits And Obtaining Relevant Decisions In Legal Force; Part A: • Processing Of Documentation For Permission For Construction Modifications To The Existing Primary School Building, Extension Of The Cafeteria And New Kindergarten For Discussion With Doss And Sis • Processing Of Documentation For Permission For Construction Modifications Of Existing Roads For Discussion With Doss And Sis Part B: • Securing The Statements And Opinions Of Doss And Network Administrators Regarding The Documentation For The Permit For Building Modifications To The Existing Elementary School Building, The Extension Of The Canteen And The New Kindergarten, Supplementing The Documentation For The Building Permit With Doss And Sis Conditions And Submitting An Electronic Application For The Permit For Building Modifications To The Existing Building Of The Primary School, The Extension Of The Canteen And The New Kindergarten • Securing Statements And Opinions Of Doss And Network Managers Regarding The Documentation For Permitting Construction Modifications Of Existing Roads, Supplementing The Documentation For Construction Permits With Doss And Sis Conditions And Submitting An Electronic Application For Permission For Construction Modifications Of Existing Roads Part C: • Ensuring A Valid Permit For Building Modifications To The Existing Elementary School Building, The Extension Of The Cafeteria And The New Kindergarten • Ensuring Valid Permission For Construction Modifications Of Existing Roads Iv. Processing Of Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction, Including The List Of Works According To Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On Determining The Scope Of Documentation For A Public Contract For Construction Works And A List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions And The Control Budget Of The Construction. The Reference To The Price System According To § 11 Of The Decree Will Be Used For The Entire List Of Construction Works. The Contractor Shall Specify In The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction The Technical Conditions (Requirements For The Characteristics Of The Subject Of Performance) In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 89 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, As Amended. V. Performance Of (Authors) Supervision Of The Designer According To § 14 Letter H) And § 155 Letter D) Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Act) For The Duration Of Construction. The Supervision Of The Designer Will Be Carried Out Continuously And Will Include All Activities Reserved For The Supervision Of The Designer According To The Building Act. The Scope Of The Designers Supervision Will Include At Least The Following Activities: • Participation In Negotiations Between The Customer And The Construction Contractor; • Control Of Compliance With The Documentation, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified By The Building Permit, With The Provision Of Explanations Necessary For The Smoothness Of Construction; • Participation In Inspection Days And Inspection Inspections Of The Building, Within The Expected Scope Of 1X Per Week; • Supervision Of The Elimination Of Identified Defects And Unfinished Business, Etc. The Output Is Records Of The Designers Supervision, Entered Into The Construction Diary And Provided To The Client. Only The Actual Number Of Hours Worked Agreed Upon By The Client Will Be Billed. As A Basis For The Processing Of The Work, The Contractor Is Provided With An Architectural Study, Which Is Attached To This Zd. Another Basis For The Processing Of The Work Are The Results Of The Following Surveys, Which The Client Had Processed In Advance And Which Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor No Later Than 2 Weeks After The Signing Of The Sod (Or At The Time Of Signing The Contract, Depending On What The Contractor Has For Their Completion Dates): • Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Survey Incl. Infusion Tests • Radon Survey • Corrosion Survey (Stray Currents) • Exploratory Research Of The Subsoil And Assessment Of The Suitability Of The Site For Heat Pump Wells • Dendrological Survey.
