The City Of Savonlinna Requests Bids In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Attachments. The Tender Is Used To Obtain An Expert Assessment In Accordance With Chapter 6, Section 51 Of The Act On The Organization Of Labor Services (380/2023). This Is A Wide-Ranging Assessment By An Expert Doctor (Psychiatrist, Neurologist, Physiatrist) Of The Work And Functional Capacity Of Clients Referred To The Service. The Goal Of The Service Is To Find A Placement Solution That Matches The Customers Situation And Operating Conditions (E.G. Work, Education Or Pension). The Content Of The Procured Service Is Described In More Detail In The Service Description In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders. The Attachments To The Tender Request Can Be Found In The Request For Tenders Section Attachments And Links. The Planned Actual Implementation Period/Contract Period Of The Service Is 1.3.2026-31.12.2027. The Acquisition Includes The Possibility Of Two (2) One (1) Year Long Option Periods, Which Take Place In The Periods 1.1.-31.12.2028 And 1.1.-31.12.2029. The Expected Value Of The Service To Be Procured (180,000 Eur) Falls Below The Threshold Value According To Section 25, Subsection 1, Clause 3 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016), I.E. The Procurement Must Be Classified As A So-Called Small Procurement. The Anticipated Value Includes The Actual Contract Period (90,000 Eur) And Two Option Periods (45,000 + 45,000 Eur).
