Heritage Lodge Boiler Replacement – Gsf-25-002-A . Grande Spirit Foundation Is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Mechanical Contractors For The Replacement Of The Boiler And Domestic Hot Water Systems At Heritage Lodge, Located At 10111–96 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Work Includes All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Permits, And Services Necessary To Complete A Full Mechanical Upgrade As Described In Schedule B – Scope Of Work And The Mechanical Ift Drawings (M1–M4). The Project Includes Removal Of Existing Boilers, Pumps, Venting, And Dhw Tanks; Installation Of New High-Efficiency Firetube Boilers With Category Iv Venting; Replacement Of Domestic Hot Water Tanks (Hwt-1, Hwt-2, Hwt-3); Installation Of New Heating Pumps, Expansion Tanks, Air-Separation Equipment, Dhw Recirculation Components, And Associated Hydronic Piping; Gas Meter And Regulator Upgrades; And Full Controls Integration And Commissioning As Detailed In The Mechanical Specifications (M4). The Work Must Be Staged To Ensure Continuous Heating And Domestic Hot Water Service During Construction. Contractors Are Required To Submit A Detailed Staging Plan Prior To Mobilization (Ref. Schedule B). No Alternate Pricing Is Requested Unless Otherwise Noted In Schedule A – Contract Pricing. A Mandatory Site Visit Will Be Held On Monday, December 8, 2025 At 10:00 A.M. Attendance And Sign-In Are Required To Be Eligible To Bid. All Submissions Must Include The Completed Bid & Contract Form, Schedule A – Contract Pricing, Proof Of Insurance, Wcb Clearance, Cor/Secor Documentation, And A Current Business License (See Instructions To Bidders, Section 1.4). Bids Must Be Submitted By Email To Projects@Grandespirit.Org Or Delivered In A Sealed Envelope As Specified In The Solicitation Document. Bid Closing Is Friday, December 19, 2025 At 2:00 P.M. Mst.
