Traffic-Signal Maintenance Services – Maintenance, Operation And Work Services On Three-Color Light Signaling (Slt) Installations And Regular Public Transport Services (Srtc). The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. This Is A Shared Framework Agreement Between The City Of Avignon And Spl Tecelys, Operator Of The Urban Public Transport Network In The Avignon Conurbation, Following The Signing Of The Agreement Constituting The Order Group Dated 04/09/2025. The Objective Is To Enable The Articulation, On The Same Territory, Of The “Traffic” Skills Of The City Of Avignon And “Mobility” Of Greater Avignon. The Areas Of Intervention Of Each Party Are As Follows: - The City Of Avignon Intervenes Exclusively On Traffic Light Intersections For The Sole Use Of Motorized Vehicles And Soft Modes, As Well As On Traffic Light Intersections For Mixed Tram, Chronhop And Vl, Pl And Soft Mode Traffic; - Spl Tecelys Intervenes Exclusively At Traffic Light Intersections And On Its Public Transport Network To Regulate The Flow Of Chronhop And Tramway Vehicles Only
